One-on-One
Private, personalised support at your pace—available in-person. Each session offers a safe space to express your grief, explore your emotions, and acquire tools for healing.

Healing for Loss – Group Support
Our small, six-week group program brings together people who have experienced similar kinds of loss. Guided by a trauma-informed counsellor, you’ll gain comfort, insight, and connection with others who truly understand.
